I am extremely pleased with Lyrical Children preschool.
It is impossible to find a school that covers such a diverse curriculum, teaching writing, numbers, music, art, coordination, and creative thinking. The teachers do this with repetition, in such a fun way, and in my opinion, that is the best combination for teaching young children.
I would highly recommend this school to anyone with young children, and am continually happy with my daughter's progress.

This is Kyle's first year in Pre-School, he is three yrs old, and he absolutely loves it. He has made lots of friends and is learning so much. He always comes home and tells me everything he has done during the class. He is learning to share, his letters and how to spell his name. He tells me all about his friends, and the games they played. He absolutely loves his teacher. It is so cute. I am so happy I enrolled him in Lyrical Children's Pre-school. *

Wow, Where do I start! I first brought my daughter when she was 5 months old to the Music Together Program and we both loved it. Our family has been apart of the Lyrical Children's family since.
We continued with the program and 13 months later I was bringing my newborn son to the Music Together program. At 2 1/2 our daughter started at the pre-school and the same for our son.
We have always felt privileged to have our children apart of Lyrical Children's Pre-School. Music, Education and Arts are extremely important in our family and the staff at Lyrical Children's feel the same. Their patience, kindness, and knowledge with our children have been above and beyond our expectations. We love that the school has a small student population, so the staff can dedicate more time to our children. We also love the that they really want the parents to be involved. Not only are they teaching our children, us as parents are learning as well.
Our daughter has graduated from the Pre-K program and now our son will graduate this year. I will miss being apart of Lyrical Children's Pre-School but our family will always be apart of theirs. We will have all these awesome memories, great songs, a love for music & the arts, and our kids have graduated from the school Kindergarten ready!

We are extremely happy with Lyrical Children for a million different reasons. Ummm where to start…My son started Lyrical Children in the Music Together program at 8 months old. He is now in the 3 yr old pre-school program and LOVES going to school. He has learned so much this year! The school is set-up very cute & educational. I could not be happier with how in-depth their curriculum is along with great structure & organization. They are one of the only schools to incorporate Music Together and Handwriting without Tears into their curriculum, which is a huge plus! The small class size is also a huge plus since no child gets lost in the shuffle as in other schools! The teachers are just fabulous and are always available if you have questions or a concern. I truly could not ask for better teachers! The directors are knowledgeable, experienced and organized which makes for a very well run school. The parents get a monthly newsletter which keeps us involved with what the children are learning as well as monthly events. They also have parent/teacher conferences twice a year which I love. Most of all, I NEVER worry about safety at this school. My son will have one more year at Lyrical before entering kindergarten and I believe he will be “more” than ready!! I have yet to find a school that can even come close to comparing. When we have baby #2 he/she will definitely be attending Lyrical Children as well. Thank you for offering such a great school.

My son started going to Lyrical Children after we were enrolled in their Music Together program. He started in the 2 year old class. He has also attended summer camp there, Art Exploration camp, and now the Pre-K class. He will be heading to kindergarten in September and I am confident that he is ready. He is prepared in all the academic ways, which were taught in an age appropriate way (as opposed to other places). But also, he is socially prepared by having had a wonderful experience developing relationships and building friendships with his classmates. The class sizes are small enough that there are opportunities for the children to have a *voice.* I have always loved the individualized care and attention that everyone from the teachers to the assistants provides. As a NYS certified Art Teacher, I am also really pleased with the art projects because they focus on the process and not the *crafty* final product, though there are many adorable things sent home too! The Music Together classes they have incorporated into the schedule have to be the reason my son loves music, sings, and can carry a tune really well- because he does not get his musical talent from me! As much as I am looking forward to seeing my son move onward and upward into kindergarten, I will be sorry to have to say good-bye to such a gem of a preschool! -Christine P
